WORKING @ WONDERLAND

Wonderland Ben & Nate.jpg

When we opened Wonderland in December 2018, we never dreamed this community would grow so quickly. Now, we’re stoked to be adding new members to our team.

Here are a few things to note:

  • As a start-up, there are a million different ways the business can expand and grow. Show us how you want to contribute to our story.

  • Nothing is more important to us than building a diverse team full of positive, creative, motivated goofballs. We can teach you how to use a point-of-sale system or fit someone for ski boots; we can’t teach you how to be intuitive and friendly to every single person who walks through our doors. You gotta have that already.

  • At this stage, all roles are fluid. Like at any new business, expect (and be excited) to be asked to do outside-of-your-job-description projects and tasks.

If that gets you fired up, all open positions are posted below. We’re excited to hear your story.

Equal Employment Opportunity
All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other factors prohibited by law.

Retail sales associate

At Wonderland, we don’t believe that direct retail experience is necessary to be a successful part of our team. Instead, we’re eager to hire people who are enthusiastic about outdoor recreation and are committed to our three founding principles: keeping gear in the wild, and out of the landfill; making adventures cheaper and easier; and broadening the outdoor community.
