DETAILS FOR SELLERS

no appointment needed for swap drop-offs (BIKES ONLY)

BIKE DROP-OFF WINDOW: May 15-29:

  • Bring in your mountain or gravel bike (10 years old or NEWER).

  • E-MTB and 24" kids' bikes considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • All bikes must be in test-rideable condition (with pedals, no flat tubes, shifting/braking, fully functional.)

  • For customized or modified bikes, bring a list of upgrades and their corresponding values.

  • Trail biking accessories are welcome but will receive the normal consignment rate.

  • For new sellers, we will build you a Wonderland consignor account during drop-off (bring your ID).

  • We will NOT accept: most ebikes, cyclocross, touring, road, most kids’ bikes, or other types of bikes for this event.

PAYOUT:

  • Receive 80% of the sale if your bike sells on Saturday.

  • Email notifications for sold items will be sent on Monday

  • Funds will stay in your Wonderland consignor account until payout is requested.

UNSOLD GEAR:

  • Unsold gear will be left on consignment at Wonderland with our normal consignment rate.

  • Or you can pick up your gear. Gear will be on sale in the store until picked-up.
