How To Request Payment

Hooray, you’re getting paid! Once you have checked your ConsignorAccess Portal to confirm you have an account balance, there are three ways to receive payment for your sold gear:

  1. Pick up a check in store (free)

  2. Request payment by PayPal ($1 fee)

  3. Request check by mail ($1 fee)

To get paid by PayPal or to receive a check by mail, you MUST HAVE AN UP-TO-DATE CONSIGNOR ACCOUNT. Checks will be mailed to your address on file, and PayPal payments will be made to the email address on file. Please login to to your account and click on your name/person icon in the top right corner to confirm your address/email.

(Remember: You will receive an additional 10% if you use your credit for in-store purchases. Click here to read the consignment terms.)
