RETURN POLICY

 

Personally, our policy is to return to pretty places visited with good friends.

 
 

we say it in the store all the time: only buy it if you need it. BUT, JUST IN CASE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND, HERE’S HOW WE CAN HELP.

Most resale businesses are all-sales-final (looking at you, REI in-store used gear). Our mission is to create the best possible experience for buying/selling used gear, so we’ve designed a policy that gives you ample time (30 days) to consider your purchase.

The Basics:

  • Refund Method: All purchases are for IN-STORE CREDIT and not for cash back. Credit is added digitally to a customer account and never expires!

  • Refund Amount: Returns that meet the below criteria will receive credit for the full purchase amount. Additional use, tags missing, or items returned outside of 30 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Item Condition: All items must be returned with the Wonderland TAGS STILL ATTACHED and in their original condition with no additional use.

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt (electronic or paper.)

Exclusions & Exceptions:

  • Items sold during certain sale events (e.g. Sample Sales, End-of-Season Sales) are final-sale and cannot be returned. These exclusions will be visible during check-out.

  • While all items are sold in “as-is” condition, if you find a defect or have an issue with an item please contact us so that a Store Manager can assess if it qualifies for an exception to our Return Policy.

Store Credit Processing Time:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that a store credit has been applied to your customer or consignor account.
