Inventory Specialist // HIRING

Full-time

The Inventory Team intakes, researches, and prices all the gear that comes through the shop. Wonderland’s ideal Inventory Specialist loves outdoor wears/equipment, thrives in a systemized environment, and is attuned to providing exceptional experiences for consignors.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position is full-time (5 days/week). Expected days off are Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon. Wages start at $19-$20.52/hour PLUS twice-yearly bonuses. Also:

  • free best-in-class medical/dental/vision insurance & FSA (or $300/mo cash Wellness Stipend)

  • 20 days paid vacation (increases yearly), plus 6 days paid sick time

  • 401(k) with employer matching

  • Total Year 1 Compensation Value Estimate: $53,751.82
