COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
This position is full-time, with days-off typically falling Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon. Wages start at $24.00-$25.92/hour, plus twice-yearly review bonuses. Also:

  • free best-in-class medical/dental/vision insurance (or $300/mo cash Wellness Stipend)

  • 20 days paid vacation (increases yearly), plus 6 days paid sick time

  • 401(k) with employer matching

  • Total Year 1 Compensation Value Estimate: $62,054-$66,634
